Our nightly rental fee is $125 for the Cottage and $135 for the Guest House plus HST (save $15 per night when booking for 5 or more nights). 

You are booking the entire Guest House or Cottage (or both); no other guests will share the unit during your stay, unless they are YOUR guests. Our nightly fee is inclusive, meaning that there are no additional fees added for cleaning, service charges etc. A two night minimum is required.
