The Guest House ($115/night plus HST)
The Guest House is bright, spacious and inviting. It has a full kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, small appliances, dishes and cookware. The dining room easily seats 10 adults. The living room is beautifully furnished with a comfortable couch, three arm chairs, and a piano. The sunroom looks out over the lawn with a view of the Bay and has a plush futon. The main floor also has a two-piece bathroom.
Upstairs, you’ll find two very large bedrooms with walk-in closets (one of which has an extra single bed). Each bedroom has a luxurious queen-size bed with bamboo sheets, a comfortable duvet, and plenty of pillows. The main bedroom has a balcony overlooking the Bay. The upstairs bathroom includes a shower and a deep, jetted bathtub.
The Guest House features air conditioning, a large deck facing the Bay, a barbecue, plenty of yard space, and a campfire pit. The Guest House also has direct access to the Gymbrary.
The Cottage ($115/night plus HST)
The Cottage is a cozy and private getaway space with its own beautiful deck facing the Bay and a ramp for those with mobility issues. It has a sunroom across the front of the house, which doubles as a dining area. The living room is very spacious and relaxing, with two full couches (one of which is a pull-out, if extra sleeping space is needed) and it has an electric fireplace and an antique pump organ! The kitchen is well-equipped with a fridge/freezer, stovetop, microwave, toaster oven, dishes and cookware.
Two bedrooms are available for use in The Cottage. The bedroom on the right has a queen-size bed, two night tables and lamps, and a small dresser. The bedroom on the left has a double bed, one night table and lamp, and a large closet. The Cottage is also air conditioned.
The Cottage has its own yard space, barbecue, and campfire pit.
You are booking the entire Guest House or Cottage (or both); no other guests will share the unit during your stay, unless they are YOUR guests. All guests have wireless internet, access to the Gymbrary, the shed (where you can find firewood, extra chairs, and outdoor games), archery range (please bring your own equipment), and the old road that leads to the Bay.
For larger groups, or kids who don’t want to share a bed, we also have a folding bed and 2 camping cots available for use at no extra charge. (You’ll need to bring sleeping bags for the cots.)
